I had scheduled a 9:30 am doctor's appointment for my daughter. When I called to schedule the meeting, I was strongly recommended to fill the paperwork online. Today I went for my daughter's extraction, and to my surprise, the admin couldn't find the online paperwork I completed, so I had to do it again. Around this time is about 10am so I had waited over 40 minutes because I had arrived at 9am to get all the paperwork out the way. It was infuriating because while I waited all that time, I was told the referral pdf paperwork was not a good fit because they needed a jpg, or I would have to pay 57dollars for X-rays. After waiting an additional 20 minutes forked up the 57 dollars, and I got a good explanation that the referral paperwork I received a month ago didn't reflect my daughter's existing teeth ( it change due to the braces). I asked how much more would I wait now because I had to be available to work. The admin was kind and mentioned the doctor doesn't get in till 10 am. The doctor came in, and it was a little past 10 am. I asked again and mentioned that I was expecting to be done because I have to be available for a noon virtual work meeting. One of the medical assistants explained that he has other consults, and I explained we all have scheduled appointments and we are all consults. I understand the doctor came in late, but it's not fair to me! I guess since I was kind in my approach the doctor made haste to see me relatively quicker but it's now 10:40am. He mentioned that he would extract the teeth in under 10 minutes...I had to admit it was hard for me to believe given the entire experience but he was right. He was done with my daughter in 10 minutes and we were out the door by 11am. My daughter and I felt that it was highly disorganized but we did feel the provider was knowledge and kind in his manner to extract...
