I am a teenager, and I went ice skating. I took the train, but suddenly my school card stopped working. It was late at night, and I needed to go home, so I was really scared. There were three MTA security guards nearby. I don’t know what they’re called, but they seemed like security.

I told them what happened and asked for help, explaining that I just needed to get home. I asked them to open the door multiple times, more than 30 times. Then one of the guards started screaming at me. He asked if I was Bengali, and when I said yes, he began to abuse me with vulgar Bengali words, saying really terrible things and blaming me for the situation.

I hope someone takes action against this man because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. This all happened on October 25, 2024, at 10:13 PM.
