I’ve given this place far too many chances. The final time I went in, Lily, one of the technicians, made a face when she was told she was going to be doing my nails by the manager/owner. I had come in quite a few times prior, have always tipped well, and never made a fuss even during their botched jobs.
I came in at around 3pm and absolutely nobody was there, but Lily is speeding through the whole process. I had gel nails on and she didn’t give them more than a few seconds to soak in the acetone. She opted for the electric nail drill where she was extremely rough and nicked my fingers a few times.
When she starts painting my nails, she’s not giving them time to try. They’re gel nails. It’s extremely important for them to get time in the machine. Two of my nails got messed up in the process and she blamed it on me but still reassured me she would fix them… uh, yeah I would hope so? You’re the one not letting them dry enough… maybe give them at the very least another 20 seconds and they won’t smudge.
Many of the nails chipped the next day. After the 4th day, they were all chipped. Not only that, but my literal nails were (and still are) breaking off weeks later because she was so rough with the electric drill.
The workers also talk in their own language right in front of you the entire time, which I normally don’t really care about, but when the worker doing your nails makes a face at you it’s obviously uncomfortable because you don’t know if something is being said about you.
Don’t come to this place if you want your nail polish to chip off a day later and your nails to break from the...

As the pedicurist filed my toenails, she was being careless and messy and for a period was actually filing the skin above my toenail. Giggling and not paying attention, barely hitting any nail, etc. She broke skin, left a little gash, and didn’t notice or acknowledge it until I said it was burning (I didn’t realize at first, until they put some type of gel on my feet and I could feel it). I’ll give her credit, she went and got some ointment, but then it was business as usual as if nothing happened. To top it all off, the massage was horrible - still distracted, still looking around, long pauses as she watched tv, etc.
I come to feel relaxed, not to be injured. I respect nail technicians who leverage their expertise to provide services that are worthy of high prices and good tips. That just wasn’t my experience here...
Read moreVery clean and professional, welcoming environment with a stellar staff who all take their jobs seriously, especially when trying to appease the customer. While I understand no one person is perfect every single day, this business is as pretty close to it as it gets, from their artistic ability, to also considering what the customer needs and wants.
Also, every person I’ve referred this spot to was a happy camper. Do as you will, but I truly believe you’ll have a great experience, like I...
