I am completely outraged and upset about this whole situation not only was the service bad but they tried to scam me my final day. When I tried picking up my car today (I rented the spot for 2 months) Sebastian team informed me that I would need to pay an additional 8 days … which is against what Sebastian had told me originally. They informed me he was away which in return I would still need to pay. I am extremely upset and this place needs to be contacted by the police. I have sent this information to my lawyer and moving forward will be pressing charges. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone ! STAY AWAY and pay for parking somewhere else. Extremely DISSATISFIED
I am editing this to provide photos to confirm my parking experience. Car is pictured with the time stamp SEPTEMBER 14. In addition I have provided the RECEIPT. I paid for the service on Sept 7th.
