If I could get negative star for this store , they are 100%deserved . The male owner is extremely rude. He yelled at me when I am not satisfied with my hair . One of the employees totally messed up my hair . First , I came with a styled hair picture and asked if they can make it , they took it and I trusted them . But it turned out a dead, dry and unstylish look, and they blamed that was my hair’s problems. Because it’s not nutrition hair , plus I permed my hair about one half year ago . So they took this point and not let it go . My hair was permed much better than this time , that’s why I can tell it’s a bad experience and how they messed up it . The worst thing is that I was insult in the store today , the owner yelled at me in front of all the customers. I am going to sue and report the owner. walked in on a sunday and asked for a icy blonde bleach and tone and walked out with perhaps the best blonde i’ve ever had. I started with some not so great highlights and reddish hue to my hair and they were able to completely achieve my results and follow my inspiration picture perfectly. For as long as I am in nyc, I will be getting my hair colored here. under $300 for wash, blonde, & cut. The price is excellent compared to quotes i’ve gotten elsewhere...
