LATEST UPDATE: After seeing my review, the owner Stacey has reached out to refund me $70 (the total I’ve spent there), which is appreciated. She’s mentioned she’s planning on switching dry cleaners, so hopefully going forward everyone has a better experience.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have only done dry cleaning services here, but multiple times new pieces I’ve brought here have come back with more stains and broken straps, and even entirely lost items. I’ve given them multiple opportunities to rectify things, only for things to come back in worse condition. They will not issue any refunds, even after I’ve give them so many chances to fix things. Do not come here if you want your clothes to remain in good condition; they are committed to being cheap and shoddy.

Update: I was never warned that my dress could potentially be broken when I dropped it off. It had 4 straps, it was sturdy— I could’ve washed it in my own washing machine, without having the straps broken and a bunch of threads pulled out. Again, both pieces that were ruined were BRAND NEW. They already tried sending the shirt back once after which it came back with new stains that were not there before. I asked for a simple $17.50 refund for the two pieces they ruined. It’s really just bad customer...

We FINALLY have a nice place to wash clothes . Although this place has been here for a year, I just found it today and I'm thankful that I did. As many have said before the place is clean. The machines are modern and wonderfully fast - Electrolux!!. The washers must spin water out with the force of a black hole, because it only took 16 mins to dry my blanket. The dryers are roomy I was able to fit 2 loads into one machine. 16mins - DRY. Now the main reason why I gave 5 stars is because L2G is accommodating to all customers. I won't name names, but a majority of the laundromats in the area have this disgusting policy of forcing customers who come to dry their clothes only - to pay an additional "Dryer use fee" on top of what they pay to start the machine. They also block off rows of machines/folding tables for "store use", often leaving a few poorly performing/dirty machines for self service customers. Finally, Lily is NICE...as soon as I stepped in the place she was giving me laundry tips and keeping up a pleasant conversation. On the days where I'm too tired or lazy to do my own laundry, it's nice knowing my clothes will be in good hands. Laundry 2 go, PLEASE...

Hello and many blessings. I gave it 4 stars would have given 5 but over the months it has declined in cleanliness. I loved coming because everything was always so tidy. Now it smells, the machines are not being cleaned after washes and dryer also the floor I had to push the garbage to one side of machine. I would also consider bathrooms only for customers policy. Love the quality of machines and will continue to be my number 1 laundromat, just a little tweaks to improve cleanliness. Thank you.
