Had a FedEx package shipped here that I had to pick up and my experience was unnecessarily horrible. Since I entered the shop the way I was greeted was off-putting. One of the men who assisted me asked me for my name and ID several times although I had already verified this, he then handed me the handheld device to sign to confirm receipt of the package I was there to pick up then just grabbed it back and he signed instead. When I asked him why he did that he just started arguing with me. And the other employee started defending him saying that he wasn’t rude, which he could not verify because he was across the room assisting another customer and had not seen was had transpired. The initial employee then said he would refuse any other packages that came in for me and that I was uneducated. One stop shop for filled out passport applications - take your correctly formatted photo, print, attach and mail out with priority & tracking - for 2 passport size photos they currently charge under $15, and another $15 to send the application priority mail with tracking.

One of the critical reviews was accusing them of trying to charge her to take a photo there, which makes no sense - the price of taking the photo is INCLUDED and they were trying to save her from using a photo that would delay or reject their passport application!
