Rude and unprofessional are understatements, avoid if possible. I brought a pair of pants here to have two small holes (less than 1 cm ea) repaired at the zipper. I paid, picked up, brought home, only to find they'd repaired one hole, not two. I returned and calmly asked why they'd only repaired one instead of two. The woman began yelling that I didn't pay for both holes to be repaired, and then yelled that I didn't show her both holes (I had, and they were also right next to each other). She then yelled that I should have specified the other hole was "near the crtch", and then picked up her left leg, and standing on just one leg, pointed at that area on her body and yelled "CRTCH! CRTCH! CRTCH!" It was very embarrassing. I had been bringing clothes to be dry cleaned and repaired here for a year with no incident prior, but have not returned and I will not. I tell everyone who will listen to avoid this establishment--I've never felt so uncomfortable. There are myriad better ways that this could have been handled, but she came out of the gate yelling. It was too frightening and embarrassing and I just wanted to leave as quickly...
Read morePrices are very high I came to this establishment with a coat with a tag on it never worn wanted to change the buttons I was told that they had to wash the coat to change the buttons due to COVID I can understand certain percussions however the coat had its original tags never be worn just out the plastic however, I agreed and they tried to charge me $110 for a coat a paid $150 for, make it make sense. Stated the material of the coat cost more to clean. So you are willing to take a coat which you feel is dirty to clean it but not willing to touch it to change 5 buttons. Bill stated $20 to change button $90 to clean the coat. I feel that she just didn’t want to change the buttons period, she was very nasty asking me why I wanted to change the buttons on a new coat and saying you must have my own buttons, I was like of course I do, it was just a really bad experience however I didn’t realize how much of a dry cleaning shortage there is couldn’t even find another Dry...

I went in a few months back to fix a $500 Gap Limited Edition Leather jacket. They did such an awesome job that I came back to fix a pocket with a tiny slit. Unfortunately this time, they replaced the entire pocket with material that looked almost green on my pitch black gap leather jacket. I came in today with my son and mom to express my discontent and they literally REFUSED to fix the jacket, unless I purchased the material myself because the owner paid $50 bucks for the piece. Not only that, I normally could understand the work that goes on behind the scenes but they literally tore the glued on "$50 material" off my leather jacket (which is now in worse condition) and threw the $40 at me.
With that being said, BBB,...
