My recent experience with this store's return policy left me deeply disappointed and surprised. Before purchasing two instruments, I expressed doubts about which one would meet my needs and asked the salesperson about the possibility of returning the one that turned out to be unsuitable. After receiving an affirmative nod, I made the purchase. However, to my surprise, at the time of payment at the checkout, I was not given any warning that the product I was purchasing might not be eligible for return. This contradicts common practice and, as far as I am aware, legal requirements that mandate informing customers about such sales conditions.

Moreover, the store lacked any visible notifications or signs regarding the return policy, further compounding my dissatisfaction. When I returned to refund one of the instruments, which had not even been taken out of its packaging, I was denied without any explanation. This was especially disappointing, considering I had never encountered such problems with this store chain before. It felt as though I was deliberately misled about their return policy, which is unacceptable and creates a sense of deceit. I called ahead of time for a specific paint and when they said they could mix it, I told them I’d be by later in the afternoon to pick it up. I walk in a little after 4:00 only to be told the paint machine is off and I have to come back tomorrow. I get it. They were closing in a half hour but I expect to be told the paint machine has an earlier close time the same as when a restaurant tells you the kitchen closes when you’re asking for a later reservation.
