I would recommend that you avoid this place if at all possible. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but this was the worst customer experience of my life. I came in with some pieces of hardware, and asked whether the staff could help me find an adapter between them. The person helping me told me that he had 20 years of experience in the hardware business, and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He was generally incredibly rude. I then had to go back to my apartment, do some online research, found the piece that I needed, and found that it was in stock at this store. I then went back, and was able to purchase the piece.
I can handle staff not being knowledgeable, I can handle staff being rude, and I can handle prices that are ripoffs. However, the combination of the three is intolerable.
