My son and I was out celebrating my birthday, by shopping. I saw a beautiful dress in the window of Alice and Olivia. We went in to see if they had my size. In the midst of the salesgirl searching, Riley asked if I liked the color yellow. I responded, yes. She said "I have a yellow dress I think you would like". I said "where is it because, their is no yellow dress on the racks". She said "I know my stock and we have one downstairs in our inventory". I told her "go get that dress Riley....... I've been looking for an all yellow dress for years'. Riley knew her stuff. She had and eye for my taste and style just from the items I was looking at and that yellow would look very nice on me. That's great customer service!! My size wasn't in stock. As she placed the order it for me, she told my son and I to have a seat. She gave us glasses of champagne, while we waited. It was a nice visit and she welcomed us, with a smile. Two days later, my dress arrived. Thank you Riley for your professionalism, humor and expertise. You're the bomb, girl!! Very bad experience!!! If you can't find the right size you want, don't ask them to order for you!! Terribly hard to deal with!!! When I visited this store, I would like to buy a pair of pants, they don't have the size and they ordered from their system to deliver to my home. But when I receive it, the size is still not right, so I have to request an exchange. When I call them, they said I have to come to store to exchange (which they don't have the right size at all, I don't know why they want me to do so.) Then we agree to return this one, and I will place a new order on my own, so I request them to send me the return label. It should very simple. But I called and talked with the sales associate two times, they said they a re busy at the moment and promise me to send me the label at the end of the day, but I had nothing. I really don't like this complicated service without trust-worth. If I call company customer service line, they can't do anything. Why this store makes customer so hard??? THE GENTLEMAN THAT ASSISTED HER (MATTHEW) DID A GREAT JOB. HE FOUND WHAT SHE WAS LOOKING FOR AND AFTER TALKING TO HER FOR 20 MINUTES OR SO STARTED TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS THAT REFLECTED HER STYLE. SHE LOVED THAT AND ENDED UP BUYING SEVERAL ITEMS. LOTS OF INVENTORY AND A LOT IS IN THE BACK THAT THEY BRING UP ONCE YOU ASK FOR IT. SHE SAID SHE LOVES THIS STORE AND WILL BE BACK SOON.
