If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The jewelry was beautiful, but the owner completely ruined the experience for my mom and me. She accused us of speaking negatively about the store and the jewelry in our language, which was completely untrue and deeply insulting. Every time we reached for a piece, she acted as if we weren’t being careful, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I dropped everything I had and left the store immediately. I happened to stumble across this adorable hole in the wall jewelry store on a walk, and it’s probably one of my favorite jewelry stores. The owner is an extremely sweet lady who let me take my time browsing everything and gave me space, and she offered incredible help when needed. Such a great jewellery store! The owner was so kind in helping me choose some hoops and making sure the clasps fastened properly. The next day, I found one of the clasps had weakened and the earring fell off so I went back and she fixed it for me and showed me how to fix this on any other earrings at home.
