Absolutely disgusting behavior from this store. My aunt went in today with my mom and were met with the rudest customer service imaginable. They made her wait over an hour just to smugly tell her they werenāt going to help her. No explanation, no attempt to resolve anything. Then the so-called manager who conveniently refused to give his name had the nerve to kick both of them out. Shame on you. This is how you treat women? Elderly women, at that? Ā Ā Ā Read moreI lost my phone over the weekend, insurance sent me a new one, but we there was a glitch and we couldn't activate it --- cut too, I went to two different At & T locations, this one was the third...one of the employees named (her name is Stella, I didn't get her last name) worked with me for about TWO HOURS helping get it set up we had to call the insurance, at & t corporate and stay on the line -- she kept it moving and was beyond helpful, we got my phone set up and working....
