This is a scam company, plain and simple. We purchased tickets for miamj cruise through Klook. I have used that app for some time now and never had any problems. we showed up at Dock 1 in front of Queen Marie boat operated by Bayfront Cruises ahead of time. upon showing the tickets, we were told they do not have our names on the booking list because the company we booked our trip with is a Bayride, located at the other side, at the pier 5. we went there, asked to pick up tickets and were told that the 1st company (Bayfront Cruises) is the one that we have our tickets with. The lady showed us the code on our ticket that said so. we went back only to be told that the cruise is sold out and they are not the company that operates the cruise we had tickets for. at this point, not going to lie, we lost our composure and we were speaking with the operator in raised voices. He told us that he is not responsible for operating the cruise we bought our tickets for and we are to leave his place of business (which was a public pier). on our way to the 2nd operator (Bayride, the good guys), we called the number for attractions4us and we're told that 1. they will not tell us where the boat is located unless we pay additional $15 per person; 2. we missed our cruise (which at that point was true as we were walking back and forth for over 30 min) and there is nothing they can do. 3. they will not allow us to purchase later cruise with cash (we didn't want to give them our credit card number). as we approached the Bayride, the lady at the kiosk told us that Bayfront Cruises has split from them and they have been getting people looking for them all the time. She was an extremely gracious person who agreed to help us (at this point we were miserable). She called the number for attractions4us, again. After repeatedly correcting the the person on the other side of the line, calling them on their bull crap, we were told that the boat's name is Queen Marie, the managers name is Javi, and we should speak with him. We made our way back to Bayfront, and asked to speak to Javi. At that point, we were told that no such person works for them and we are in the wrong place. We showed a guy a ticket, told him what we were told on the phone. He said that we can purchase a later cruise for $15 dollars, even though it's not the cruise line we have tickets with, because he has a deal with other cruise operators and he can accommodate us. We did loose our nerves (not shouting but speaki with rised vioces) because it's exactly what the operator told us 1st time we called. He then asked us to leave because we are not supposed to be there with wrong tickets. When we showed him the code on our ticket (which no one has ever scanned), he said that actually it is his boat and his cruise. But! He showed us a list of passengers (like excel sheet can't be altered) saying our names are not on the list. He said that we bought our tickets with a company called attractions4us, they do business with him, but he does not have our reservation and we have to leave as he is not going to do anything because it's not his problem. We yet again called the number for attractions4us, no one picked up. After 2nd time, we were send to the voice mail and were informed that the mail box was full. At this point we filed a complain with Klook and are awaiting their response. I would strongly advise to avoid both attractions4us and Bayfront Cruises company as we have received 0 help and were sent back and forth. Even if Bayfront Cruises were unknowing participants, they guy has seen our ticket with a correct code and still send us on a wild goose chase. Go to BAYRIDE who are located at the Pier 5. The lady there was very helpful even though it was not her company...
Read moreUNETHICAL COMPANY** I booked a tour with this company and paid in full to Expedia. On the morning of the tour, once I was within their cancellation window company contacted me to inform me that they were changing the location of my tour!
They told me that they would send me an updated address, but they never did. I tried to contact them back because I was not OK with the new location that they told me over the phone because of the cost of this new location was going to cost me more than the amount of the tour round-trip to Uber back-and-forth . On the phone, they told me the name of the new departure port so I remembered the street name, but they actually never sent the physical address
Besides, they never actually even sent me the physical address of the new location like they told me that they were going to do during the conversation I contacted Expedia to let them know that I was really upset with booking practices of this company. I find it highly unethical to collect my money and then to call me once the cancellation policy is in effect to tell me that they have decided to completely change the agreement. The company says also non- responsive when I try to call them there was no answer
The Expedia representative try to contact company 2 separate times and they did not pick up the phone or answer for the Expedia agent, so the Expedia agent offered to try to obtain my money back because they also agreed that the policies and the procedure of this company was not ethical!
I kept trying to contact the company, and I finally reached somebody when the person answered. I explained to them that I wanted to refund of the tour due to the them are changing the reservation details on me last minute within the cancellation policy . The they told me that because Expedia collected the money that Expedia had to be the one to issue the refund and that they would approve it to Expedia.
As a previous Travel agent this makes sense as I know that the funds should be refunded by the company that collected the funds to initiate the return, but when I heard from Expedia, Expedia inform me that the travel company did not approve the refund like they told me that they would over the phone & they were declining the refund after they verbally told me on the phone call that they would not do so.
I will be reporting this company to for unethical practices to the Better Business Bureau so that they do not have the ability to take advantage of people moving forward, not the principle of the money because it's the fact of what they're doing should not be permitted or allowed to completely change everything regarding your transaction after they have taken your money and then decline or refund after they switched everything around within the...

We booked tickets to the Christmas Spectacular with a horse & buggy ride through central park. The show got cancelled due to covid. However they did not reach out to us to explain alternate plans or refunds. I had to email them 2 days after this was publically announced to see what their plan was. They told me another show was being offered as an alternative. When I asked if a refund would be issued if the show times did not work for our schedule I received no response. After 3 emails I got a text saying I was confirmed for the 8 pm show which did not work for our schedule. I asked to switch to the 2pm show but received no response to my text or emails. When I reached out again asking for a refund because I hadn't heard back from them (the morning of the show) they called saying I was already confirmed for the 8 pm. When I said I couldn't do that and have emails and texts saying the same, the agent was like "oh I meant to say you're confirmed for the 2 pm." She said the box office could not issue a refund. I tried explaining that we already had plans in place as it was our last day in the city and there was less than 3 hours until the show began. She seemed to think that was enough time and told me again the box office wouldn't refund me. She did try to call them to ask, after I asked her a few times to do so, she called me back saying they said no.
She also said the horse and buggy ride was nonrefundable but I had receieved no information on this either. Our original tickets said our whole expeirence started at 5 pm. This is when I assumed we would do the ride. However, after getting off the phone with the agent, I get emailed with the voucher for the horse & buggy ride which said I had to call and schedule between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. This email came at 11:15, the show was at 2 and the last time for rides was 5. Not sure how they expected us to get that all in and not sure if they would have even emailed the voucher to me had I not been hounding them.
This whole experience was super stressful on the last day of our trip. We were scrambling to cancel other reservations and plans we had made. The show ended up getting cancelled, which they surprisingly and promptly texted me about, and said I would be issued a refund but could still enjoy the horse & buggy ride. As I do not trust this company at all anymore this is just one more thing I will need to be following up on.
I understand the show cancellations were not their fault and I have zero issues with that. The lack of communication, planning and responsiveness made them difficult...
