Tucked away under One New York Plaza, right near the Staten Island Ferry, and run by Brookfield Properties, it is a "small" underground arcade of shops and eateries with some of the standards (i.e. Chioptle, Chop't, etc.), along with a Retro Fitness, and optician and probably some other retailers as well.
