I love B&O and Iâve purchased several Bluetooth speakers for myself and friends. I went to B&O in soho on September 25 around 6pm to buy Bluetooth E6 earphones as a gift for a friend. There was a staff member who was busy on his phone. We had to call him over and tell him we wanted to buy the earphones. As per store policy, they provide 30 days for returns. So I asked him to make sure about the returning policy and he said âYes, are you going to return it? You shouldnât open and use if you are going to returnâ. As I bought few products from there, I knew the policy was that we can open and at least try and still be able to return in 30 days but what he said was different than what I knew. So we bought it and when we got back home we called the store and asked him the same question because we really wanted to make sure. He didnât answer to my question and just said âAre you going to return?â. He sounds really annoyed with me and we were not really comfortable with that call. We went back to the store the next day to return and when we got into the store he said âI was expecting you.â What kind of costumer service is that?
