I only wish I could give 0 stars. If you value your safety STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this store & if you value good customer service and fair, clear policies stay away from this company. I was in the store on 7/25 and tried on a performance sneaker. I was very unsure about it. The employee helping me informed me that Adidas has a 30 day hassle free return policy and assured me that I could purchase the sneaker, test them out on the road and return as long as it’s within 30 days and I keep the box. I did just that. I tested them for 2 runs and decided they weren’t the sneaker for me. I returned to the same store on 8/8, exactly 14 days from the date of purchase- well within the 30 days. I went to the counter and presented them with the sneakers in box & receipt, and was told that I couldn’t return them because they had been worn. I explained that I was told by an employee in this store that I could wear and return them and asked to speak to a manager. The manager came and immediately began rudely and aggressively telling me that they couldn’t accept the return. I calmly started explaining what I had been told 2 weeks ago but he angrily cut me off and told me he wouldn’t take them and shoved the box back at me. I asked for his name and he yelled that he didn’t have to give it to me. I was shocked- this was a manager I was talking to and being attacked by. He then came out from behind the counter and accused my sister of taking a photo of him and tried to grab her phone out of her hand. We were terrified and started walking to the door. He got in front of us, facing us while walking backwards to prevent us from leaving. At this point we were really scared for our safety as he had a sick look in his eyes and darted to the right where there was another set of doors out the store. We called adidas online and the customer service representative told us that we could return them in the store even though they had been worn because it was within 30 days. We went to the next store where the employee told us that the return policy for performance sneakers is that they can be worn and returned within 30 days as long as they are in sellable condition, but that mine looked worn so they couldn’t accept them. What does that mean?! Who on earth would buy a worn sneaker? The policy doesn’t make any sense. If I could test a sneaker on an outdoor run then surely they will not be in sellable condition after that. On our way out, we stopped by the same sneaker that I was trying to return and asked a manager what the policy is. He claimed that you could buy a sneaker in store, wear them and decide to return within 30 days but that you needed to process the return with adidas online customer service. I noticed a flyer next to him advertising the exact sneaker (adizero) and it says “30 days hassle free guarantee”. I attached a photo of it below, as well as from adidas website where it clearly says what I was originally told. What about this return experience is hassle free? Every employee has a different understanding of the return policy. Unacceptable!

I don't know why Adidas bother with the big store on Broadway when they have this really cool Adidas originals store I love it in here the staff are extremely helpful and funny you always get the very latest releases coming out first and it is a very chilled out atmosphere no matter how busy it gets. The store's interior design is extremely classy and appropriate for the area all in all a fantastic experience and a must visit if you are going to New York don't waste your time with the other sneaker shops.

Experienced disappointing and mental ‘customer service’ on the shoe section by an Asian / Asian mix guy. I was choosing which shoes same as everyone else, then the guy came very irritated and talked to me very aggressively. I felt him slightly mental at that point so I didn’t ask him anything but took a shoes and looking it at the mirror. Then the guy came and said ‘You cannot have them before you ask me.’ when everyone else is doing the same or wearing few from displays. Never heard customers couldn’t touch any shoes without a staff’s permission in Adidas shop last 40 years. The guy was also treating other young Asians very rudely, like when he delivered the shoe boxes he dropped off to them. But he doesn’t say anything on other customers ofcourse they’re trying ‘before they ask’. Shame on this guy it was a disgusting experience, lucky him he even gets paid for this. Other stuff around there, Latino guys, black lady, black young boys were just nice, no idea why the guy is...

I give a one start because as my per visit today. I went to soho store around 3pm to buy the new inter Miami jersey but as I was aware that it may have been gone.I immediately saw the black & pink messi print jersey on the mannequin in size large. I spoke to an employee and I was told by this employee that they weren't allow to removed off the floor during store hours. I was told next by this employee that they were ok to removed the jersey 10 minutes before closing. As I work around prince st , I waited almost 45 minute after work to come In to the adidas store at this location, however went I went to the store I spoke to one of the managers and I was told that they couldn't removed anything off the mannequin and specially an exclusive item as this jersey ( inter Miami jersey- black & pink ). The fact that they have an employee without knowledge or NO communication whatsoever about their visual standards is...
