No one will answer the phone call in this bank, you have to keep on trying and hopefully you will get lucky. Lucky!!! No way, you will have the worst experience of your life by just talking to someone from Bank of India on the phone. Employees in this branch make you feel that they are doing you a big favor by talking to you over the phone. Person who identifies himself as a bank manager told me straight that they do not check email (BOI NY bank of India) it just listed in their website, basically it's the customers fault that they are sending emails.
