WARNING. This place is an actual DUMP. Honestly this place is disgusting. I walked by and was hit with this nasty, putrid smell, like rotting trash. Outside the shop there were piles of garbage bags, loose trash all over the sidewalk, and it looked like no one had bothered to clean up in weeks. I literally had to step over garbage just to get near the door. I had actually called earlier about maybe booking an appointment, but the second I saw the state of the place I was mortified. There was no way I was going inside after seeing (and smelling) that. The whole place is a dump and honestly an embarrassment to the neighborhood. Stay AWAY from here. If this is how they keep the outside, I can only imagine what it’s like inside. SIDE NOTE. Y'all seriously think you did a good job with this haircut you did on this gentleman? The audacity to proudly show this "haircut" is a disgrace. Can't wait for you to be ran out of business! Good riddance!

I’ve been living in the city for almost a year now and tried a few barbers , since I got a haircut from Ross I haven’t changed a barber, the best barber in the city and a really nice guy! I highly recommend him! ספר מספר אחד בעיר! גר פה שנה והוא הספר הקבוע שלי, מומלץ בחום!

It wasn’t like terrible but it was below average, which is a very bad thing for a haircut. If you care about your hair looking good and want to feel confident, I wouldn’t go back. Basically just took scissors to my hair and took clipped an inch in every direction. I could’ve done it myself. Except he didn’t balance the volume out. So it’s twice as thick on top and now I have to go pay someone else to fix it. I’m not sure what I’m paying for. Left too much on the top and didn’t even out the volume. Even forget to use the trimmer on one of my sideburns lol. Thankfully I had one at home.. They’re also cash only which they don’t tell you until after. No atm around so they ask to Zelle. Was $25 for a 10 minute cut not including tip. Im guessing they don’t have a visa machine because they get people disputing their bills...

WORST CUT IN NYC I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Don't fall for the low prices, just pay a few more dollars and get an actual haircut.

I asked for a simple skin fade to which my hair was hacked at for 10 minutes, ending with a result not even close to a skin fade. I ask for it to go a little shorter, so he gives me a disgusted look, begrudgingly does it, to which there is 0 difference, and lifts the cover off of me to basically move me onward.

My hair is choppy, not even close to complete, and I am frustrated with a loss of time and money, of which neither I will be getting back. 0/5 stars.

After your terrible response: so being in business since 1989 means you can give awful cuts and not care? Seems like a great shop you’ve got!...
