I went in the store and asked for the largest preroll. Gesturing my hands about ten inches from each other. I stated I did NOT want a short preroll. I know they have 3 sizes but I didn’t know which one to ask for but again i specifically said the longest one. I also said I wanted keef on it. I said I would not spend more than $25 but it was $27 so I said ok. The guy sells me a one gram. I get outside and open it and it’s a short preroll. I go right back in and say why did you sell me exactly what I said I did not want. He goes and gets the manager and the manager walks up and I said I was sold what I specifically didn’t ask for. I tell him I specifically said I wanted the longest preroll and he says that is the longest one. I said hm really so to be clear the one gram is the longest preroll we have??? He says well we have a one and a half gram so I say okay I want that. He says we’ll don’t offer refunds or exchanges. I say hm you’re kidding right. And he starts laughing condescendingly so I tell him I’m confused as to why he’s laughing because clearly I’m annoyed that I was just scammed and sold what I said I literally did NOT want. He says “you can always buy another one”. Why the HELLLLLLLL would I do that. Just stupid wrong rude and what a terrible policy to not offer exchanges or refunds FOR A MISTAKE YOU MADE. for reference I was sold the one gram jeeter preroll. Jeeter makes a 2 gram preroll and they didn’t carry it so why the hell even offer me a short preroll. Smoked it with my friend. Neither one of us got high...

WARNING THIS PLACE SCAMMED ME

I bought an Ayrloom (0.5) vape pen for $39 from J and it was never even in the packaging.

I’ve never been to any of the flowery dispensaries before, so when I was saw it on my walk home after class at NYU, I stopped in to pick up a vape.

Everything was normal. J helped me out and was hella kind to me. I was mad stressed from classes, but tried to make the best of it. I don’t typically smoke right away, so I put the whole packaging (I should have CHECKED first) in my pocket and carry on with my evening.

When I got back to the crib, I was excited to wind down when I went to open the vape and first noticed that there was no plastic. So, I open it up and immediately see that it’s empty.

This is BS man, because I don’t have that kinda money to just buy another pen for almost $40.

I ain’t never going back and hopefully this is a warning to everyone. I wish I could give them a zero, this pissed me...

Save your time and money and go to a more respected outlet. This place is a sham and cares more about sticker promotion than providing good product or service. Save your receipt; you'll need if for the exchange. Sixty-three bucks for "top shelf" was total garbage. And when I went in to explain my upset, I was met with and "oh well" and a shoulder shrug.
