super nice cashier but as i was shopping the security kept following me around and trying to catch me like if i was going to steal something! i was around the underwear section about to leave and he just came up to me as if he was going to say something.. he kept following me around. which if this hasn’t happened to you, is very uncomfortable.. i don’t think he would’ve liked if someone was following him around while shopping.. acting like he was going to rob something. not to mention, there was other people in the same area yet, he decided to just follow me. how about a talk with the security? very unfortunate for such...

The store is great and it's got a lot of variety and there is a big sale rack downstairs so it's worth rummaging through if you're looking for an exceptional deal but it just doesn't feel like it's got a full selection of Urban Outfitter sciences that other Urban Outfitters have and we found it difficult to find correct size and the color we wanted everything was promised that it would be delivered for free but because we were visiting it wasn't I got arrangement for us I would site still go to an Urban Outfitters if you're like that style but choose a store that's much larger...

my fav UO in the city even tho it's one of the small ones. everyone who works here is such a chiller. like the one girl (kat?) always helps me find the s* i saw on the app. and then one time i was looking for a specific blind box and the sweet angel behind the register did multiple transactions so i could open them one at a time (i can't remember her name but i ended up giving her the ones i didn't want bc she was so patient w me.) but yeah lol literally the most delightful staff ever, i appreciate them for dealing with me being a freak...
