I paid $13.99 for an order of two small shrimp tacos, and if I had wanted three, it would’ve been $15.99.

I specifically asked for two orders of two shrimp tacos, but she only made one order. On top of that, I ended up waiting 15 minutes even though I was told it would only take 5. When I finally got up to ask about my order, it still wasn’t ready, and the colleague at the counter had no idea what I ordered — I had to repeat myself all over again.

Then I watched how the tortillas were made, and it was disappointing. The cook had several Crunchwraps on the panini press and decided to cook my tortillas on top of them for barely 30 seconds on each side. As a result, the tortillas were undercooked and tasted raw around the edges.

I recently visited Guacado and had an amazing experience! I ordered the burrito bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were super fresh, the flavors were perfect, and the portion size was just right — very filling and satisfying.

The customer service was also fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. You can really tell they care about their customers. The hospitality stood out just as much as the food.

Guacado has become a go-to favorite for my family and me. Their steak bowls are delicious, perfectly seasoned, generous portions, and always satisfying. I’m also a big fan of the shrimp with Mexican rice and pinto beans. The flavors are fresh and bold.

My son is obsessed with their quesadillas. One fun bonus: if you order through Uber Eats, they throw in a chocolate milk, which is a sweet little touch.
