Plaza King Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

Ordered omelets for breakfast on 6/12. We patronized this restaurant for about 5 years prior. This one Saturday, we found a long brown hair in one of the omelets. My husband went to return the food. The manager Ernesto and employee Sharma said they would comp us our next order when he drove to return the food. When I called to obtain this complimentary meal, they initially pretended like no one was there. When Ernesto finally answers, he exaggerates by saying that was like 3 months ago. And actually it was just about a month. So in this instance I realized he was pretending to be two people on the phone. I didn’t argue with his lie, I just asked should I eat plaza king everyday? Who is excited to reorder food from a place where hair was in their meal? I said forget it. I recommended this place to a lot of people at work and in my neighborhood. I will share this experience. I have a voicemail from the restaurant promising the free food as a apology for the hair. I will see if there is a way I can post it so other customers can hear and be warned. I should have demanded refund as this restaurant is unsanitary and...

It's a small dinning area but comfortable, bright and clean. The staff was very pleasant and assisted me with my meal choice which I really appreciated. The grill attendant was also neat and tidy. The restaurant has been renovated to mimic the diners of yesteryear complete with the checker floor and chrome stools. There's 3 TV screens with a variety of shows. While I was there they got several telephone orders and the guy who answered the phone was very patient and kind to the people making sure he got everything right. My order was timely and tasty. I got it on a sesame bun even though I didn't ask for one so it would be wise to specify your type of bun. I enjoyed my time and 10 stars...

So i had read reviews on this place and a lot of ppl said it was good and some ppl said the staff don't understand much English. Well first of all the staff definitely understands English because the guy who took me and fiance's order didn't even right it down and got the order correct. Also the food was fresh and was yummy also. We got there a lil while before they were going to close but they still were nice and helpful. We were shopping nearby and we were hungry and we enjoyed our food. We definitely will be going back there another time to try the rest of their food. I definitely...
