Based on recent experiences, the service quality at this Shake Shack location has demonstrated inconsistencies. During a recent visit, a veggie burger was served with bacon bits, which is not in compliance with dietary restrictions. On a subsequent occasion, a request for unsalted fries resulted in the delivery of cold, soggy, and heavily salted fries. The fry oil needs to be changed Furthermore, the Cherry lemonade that was served was diluted. My spouse told me not to consider addressing these issues, and I ultimately decided not to do so. During order placement, an incident was observed where a staff member appeared dismissive of a customer seeking assistance, which was met with laughter from a colleague. It caught me off guard. Why is a fast food restaurant taking 20 minutes to make your food?? Then the childish morons they hire are unprofessional. I ordered on their kiosk, I’m waiting and waiting, I noticed that everyone who ordered when I did or came in after me are getting their food and if I’m still waiting. Uber eats pickup are coming in and out and my order still is no where to be found. I asked twice if my food was ready, oh it’s coming. I watched as their friends walked and they give them free food again my food is still not ready. I couldn’t take it anymore and asked the manager to cancel my order. Mind you I ordered my food 6:15 my order was canceled at 6:35. The manager said “your food is ready you can keep the food” I kindly declined at that point I don’t even trust the food. Beware and eat at your own risk but I do not recommend. This is a warning because I would know, I got food poisoning from a Smoke Shack burger I ordered from this location on October 5th, 2023 at 8:36pm - verified by my bank. I am still traumatized and bothered by the pain and suffering I’ve endured and experienced days following the consumption of the food sold to me. They are serving undercooked, raw bacon which is extremely dangerous, unhealthy and can land you in the hospital with one of the most notorious illnesses and parasitic infections called trichinellosis.
