I don't know if we picked the wrong day of this entertainment agency or the world's poorest entertainers based on all those beautiful reviews but the fact is that the birthday only comes once a year and every parent makes sure it can be special for their own child and unfortunately this wasn't the case at all. We chose the “complete package” to offer more services to the children but beyond a few balloons and some face painting nothing was done and the atmosphere was completely deadly boring. The two guys from the agency didn't seem even know what they were supposed to do and had ZERO enthusiasm and ZERO involvement, I had to encouraging them several times to play some games. All my guests complained about it. Also, this package included up to 12 children, there were only 8 at the party. So complicated to manage them? I do not know. After my complain the person in charge offered me a refund of about $200 and then after one week she changed her mind of a $165 dollar refund. At today we didn’t receive any money back. After more then one month they sent us a look-like refund invoice corresponding to another bank account profile. I believe that it is a must to maintain an average level of satisfaction and quality of service. Given my bad experience I would obviously never contact them again or recommend...
Read moreWe had a great experience working with Bazinga parties for our son's 4th bday party at the NYC Fire Museum! Cayla was super organized in terms of coordinating before hand, and the day of the party everything went SO smoothly with Cyan and Emely who handled the party. They were both prepared and prepped (super knowledgeable about the specifics of our event, vendors we'd hired etc), full of cheer and energy, had solutions to any issues that arose (like the fact that I forgot candles etc etc), were flexible and super responsive wrt setup, gave me great advice, and most importantly they were amazing at running the show and getting 4/5 year olds to pay attention and play lots of fun games! Not an easy feat. I wholeheartedly recommend Bazinga without any reservations at all, I felt super lucky to have found them and this was the easiest childrens party I have thrown to date. And among the least expensive! The NYC Fire Museum has an amazingly spacious 3rd floor loft area and the museum itself is super fascinating and worth a separate visit honestly, we...
Read moreKathy, our entertainer was superb! I had a birthday party for my 8 y/o daughter and her friends. Kathy arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, tailored the face painting to each child’s request - she did ninjago, Spider-Man, a gorgeous butterfly, lots of lovely unicorns as it was unicorn themed! Some children wore masks so she did beautiful designs of forehead and under eyes! When the painting was done she conducted fun party games that engaged the children. Wonderful! Also Bazinga’s party coordinator, Cayla was wonderful as well, as she answered all of my MANY questions via text over a period of several weeks leading up to our event - I felt that I received excellent customer service! I highly recommend Bazinga parties and Kathy as an fantastic...
