I hosted my wedding at The Lofts at Prince Street and I had the most gorgeous time! I rented the rooftop for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and the penthouse top floor for our reception.
From the start, Claudia was absolutely amazing to work with. She is confident, thoughtful, and kind. Throughout planning our wedding, Claudia was an excellent help. She was responsive, answering my questions thoughtfully and always very quickly. On our wedding day, I found her presence very calming and reassuring. The Lofts get many guests per week, but I felt like Claudia took the time to get to know me and my husband, and really made us feel special.
Our wedding was about 25 people, and the space fit us perfectly. The rooftop gives you the money shot. Even our hardest to please guests complimented our venue multiple times. You get gorgeous, 360 views of the Manhattan skyline, but you are high above street level so excessive noise was not a problem. I talked through my vision with Claudia on our walkthrough, and her team took care of so much before I even arrived.
The penthouse room is a blank canvas that you can decorate any way you wish. The exposed brick and clean walls are a really cool starting point, but I was absolutely blown away by how the room transformed into a better vision than I could have even imagined.
There is a private suite in the back that we used to get ready in. It was very fun to take photos there and I felt safe tucked away before my guests arrived. The space is also very clean! Having a suite in the back allowed me to arrive early to the venue and get centered before the ceremony began.
If you are not familiar with NYC, the Lofts are in a really fun location! You are central to many hotels and subway lines, so it’s easy to access. The venue is surrounded by cafes, green spaces, and restaurants. And you are a short walk from many bars if you want an after party.

Read moreMy team needed a last minute venue for a leadership offsite. I needed a place for 20 people with someone minor details, they wanted a place that sits 20 people comfortably in couches instead of a large conference table. I had a week and a half to find a place. I found The Lofts at Prince extremely easy and shortly after I was connected with them via email, I requested to speak to a representative to give him or her my idea of the couches. Withing minutes Igal called me and made magic happen. Speaking to Igal on the phone was fun and easy. I will never forget what he said, "We own it, you can use it"; meaning, if they have flipcharts/easels, projector, screen, anything they have in their venue we can use free of charge. It's never easy to find a venue where you have a vision and a budget of course and you are given a price and then after all the add-ons, the cost is much higher than you anticipated. At his venue he and his team were there for the 2 full days of our offsite to help with anything we may need including helping set up the lunch. They also provided a light breakfast even though we didn't ask for it and of course our team ate all the delicious danishes. This venue was truly an awesome spot not to mentioned that we reserved the Penthouse which we had access to the roof top garden. Given we had the Penthouse, the cost was extremely affordable.

My husband and I held our wedding here at the end of September and it was nothing but pleasant and stress free from start to finish when we booked last January. When we began the process, it didn’t feel like we were dealing with a business. Claudia approached us as if we were family from the get go and she was so kind and patient supporting all our planning needs throughout the process. She connected us with other vendors, supported our additional staffing needs, and was able to give tips and advice for successful planning each step of the way that we may not have considered on our own. She truly is an expert in event planning and greatly added to the beauty of our day.
The space was perfect and the views were breathtaking. If you’re going to have 50 or less people, it’s absolutely ideal and having the skyline as the backdrop for our photos at sunset in the evening will certainly add to our memories of a lifetime.
