Beauty beauty is amazing. I went to school there for my manicure license and won’t spend the next 20 years paying off student loans. Unlike most beauty schools the teachers are amazing artists and technicians in their own right who really know what they’re doing and can help you become better at your craft. Many students come there who are self-taught and have amazing skill already, but everybody helps each other to learn new techniques and up their game. It’s all very informal, friendly and supportive. The school is located in a super hip Greenwich Village neighborhood where it’s really fun to study, but it is also very flexible and has virtual learning for people who work.
