Went into this place and had the worst experience. After totalling my purchase the Clerk ask for my number...I gave her one...then she asks for my name and email address. I told her "no, I'm not giving you that" she goes its "mandatory" and then I told her to get her Manager....then I spent the next minute or two going thru the unneeded convo with the Manager of why I'm not giving them that information, since it's not mandatory and I can take my money else where. She had the nerve to ask me if I had shopped at Jimmy Jazz before, which made no difference either way. Like why do I have to get harassed when I told you "no", like 4 times??? The Clerk nor the Manager with her big hips never apologized. I DEF WON'T RETURN TO THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER JIMMY JAZZ LOCATION!✌🏾

I went to some location in the concourse 170 in the Bronx, where they didn’t have the sneakers I wanted in my size so they ordered them for me at jimmy jazz in Fordham I don’t know what connection snipes has with jimmy jazz I picked up my sneakers in Fordham and I didn’t check the box when I left because my cab was waiting for me when I got home, I checked my sneakers and they were damaged.I went the next day to return exchange them and they didn’t have my size again so the girl who was talking to me said they have my size in the huntspoint location in the Bronx, where they told me they couldn’t exchange. That why they even sold me those sneakers in the Fordham location because the sneakers were damaged and they can’t take those sneakers like that so they told me to return to jimmy jazz where I got them . Now I have some sneakers that are damaged and I didn’t even get a refund or exchange of sneakers. They had me running back and forth and I work and come out late so I wasn’t able to go back !! The return policy is a joke I go to this store all the time and buy clothes as well as shoes. The last couple of times haven’t been good. The first time I went I found something I liked but They do not give you the shoe to try on in the store you don’t get to see them until you are paying for the shoe. When I got to the checkout counter I noticed that the shoe was creased on one of them so I did not take them and left. The second time I came in I bought a pair of shoes I didn’t get to try them on and I didn’t look at the bottom of the shoe. Today I tried to return them after realizing they hurt my feet. The manager said they would not take them due to them being worn but this shoe was sold to me this way.
