Bounce Luggage Storage - 104 Greenwich St — Local services in New York

We had most of the day to spend in the city, in between getting off a cruise and catching an evening flight. We wanted to see the 9/11 Museum, and this was the perfect location to leave our bags while we hung out in NYC. The Bounce site said they were too full for our backpack carry-on, so we had planned on checking it into the Coat Check at the museum. But apparently the museum's bag & coat check is closed now, even though their website still has it listed. So if you are going to the 9/11 museum and don't want to lug something with you, this cafe is a 5 minute walk down Greenwich St. And the staff was very friendly. Plus you can get a Black & White cookie from their beautiful pastry case, before you go. :-) Thanks ladies...

At first, I was not able to find the location because I was thinking the business name would actually be Bounce. That was my bad. If I had read the entire email, I would have seen that the location was at the Zaza restaurant. Once I walked in, the employee helped me right away and gave me a ticket after scanning the code in my email. I was in and out in two minutes. A very convenient location close to the Oculus, the WTC Memorial, and Wall Street. Easy walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge as well. Pickup was painless and even quicker than drop off. Bounce is a brilliant service and we'll certainly use it again. Not knowing the area, we booked a place, and then once in New York, we found that Zaza was a better location for us. It was easy to change our booking on the app.
