I think this would be a great option if you live close by as it is not super close to subways. I live about a 20 min walk away and for my purposes, my experience there wouldn’t merit making regular visits.

The space is cozy, basically in a typical long and narrow brownstone footprint. The crowd seems pretty demographically homogeneous - the typical NYC yoga demographic, if you like that sort of thing you may like it here.

I took a weekday 12:30 heated class from Dennis Teston. The class was solid—he is clearly a very experienced teacher, but I didn’t enjoy as much his cool and aloof style, which I experienced from check in...
