I received two pack personal training gift with Rachel, the owner and senior trainer at ReForm, over the holidays last year from my husband. I have a stressful desk job and a sedentary lifestyle post-pandemic, and I was suffering from a lot of physical pain in my joints and was generally out of shape for my age. I did not have a habit of exercising, so although I had taken classes before I was not sure this would “stick.”
I am proud to say that I have been training with Rachel for six months now and it has definitely created a lifestyle change for me! Not only have I begun to transform my body after literally decades of doing nothing and just relying on my metabolism … but surprisingly I am also having fun working out and looking forward to what I can learn and how I can push myself. I have since joined the gym as a member and I am going in regularly - putting Rachel’s training tips to work independently.
Rachel has really instilled in me a curiosity about health and fitness which was formerly just dread!
