I started doing my taxes here since last year. I brought my other two friends here and recommended the place to other people as well but I needed help with the tax payment as my bank had some problem. Called the number given, told him my issue, he went I can pay online, okay I'll do that, asked him to stay on line with me cause I might need help. But I felt like I was bothering him so I said ill call if I need help, went in they had questions like balance due, I just wanted to confirm and called him on the same number he has provided for help. DO NOT USE!!!!! I will stay away from this company. Incorrectly filed my taxes as single when I was married. This resulted me not qualifying my health insurance. When amended that return, they used my employer’s address from my W2 and filed taxes in wrong state and had to amend for the second time again. It was simple tax return with one W2 and still couldn’t do it right the first time. Doesn’t answer calls or emails like previous person reviewed. I had to send 5-6 follow up emails and multiple calls and txt messages to get response. Save these hassle and find someone else who provides better service for the amount...

Almost one year I didn’t get any update from them. Please don’t go and look for another place for tax assistance. I made the biggest mistake by allowing them to do my taxes this year. I called so many time on last year to ask for an update and they still haven’t sent me anything. I’m kept calling his mobile and he never pickup. I called his office and visited so many time to get my tax files and asked to refund my money back.
