Few months back I got an estimate for a 6 month policy, I asked multiple times if it is subject to change, and they garanteed me that it would not. During the first week I comminicated with the sales rep just to confirm that everything is ok, and also they needed photo inspection and proof of home ownership. I even reached out again some time after to get a quote for homeowners insurance. I recently found out that not it did the premium changed, but it changed the day after I paid for the 6 months. I kept asking why I was guaranteed the price and why while I was comunicating with the sales rep asking if everything is ok during the first couple of weeks, they never mentioned that the price went up. Also, they told me that they usually get an alert of price change, but there was some sort of a glitch that they did not get the alert. But how about the multiple times I spoke to them after the policy was issued and they pulled up my policy, why not indicate the , the answer was that they didn't see that part of the screen when they pulled up my policy. Writing this review on dehave of my father who is currently Insured under Linx Brokerage. His policy is up for renewal today. I have spoken with agent Jeffrey multiple times regarding a quote. I called him last Friday he said he will call back. I never gotten a call back at all. Call him multiple times today and the agents there have been dismissing me with the "we will call you back". On my final call He explains to me he has a lady coming in he needs to help so he will call me back that I should shop around just like he is. Totally scam they add at least $ 300 on your premium and they lie and they tell you they don’t take brokerage fee !!!!! as they should they should get paid only from the insurance company not the driver,,, run away and save a lot of money ,, in one year only they charged me for more than $ 400 more than my insurance policy !!!!!!!!!
