Needed a really nice necklace for my girlfriend. We've been together a long time and she doesn't like anything really ritzy and fancy me either as well. So walking around Soho walked into Tiffany's to see what it will be like it was close to 6 and i told my gf we can make it to David Yurman before it close the Selection was so much better ! I've been to the store before and I know they had really nice stuff but that was a couple of years ago but anyway, I ran to the store just made it before they locked the doors ! I Had eye contact with a sales rep Aya she was so relaxed I came from the gym. I'm not really a fancy dresser or a guy with a lot of money. I just told her the idea of what I was looking for. She started showing pictures from the website and then show me stuff in person but she was so nice and pleasant and wasn't pushy.I Found the piece that I wanted within like 20 minutes. It's an amazing piece for a really good price but the whole experience was really nice I ask to speak to her manager I want to complement her. He was such a really nice pleasant great guy as well. His name is Shawn Nice Guy ! The Whole the whole...

He was straight faced and snappy with his questions: âtheyâre all cable bracelets? Which one?â, which metal, which stone⌠I couldnât hear what he said one time and he almost rolled his eyes and elevated his tone when he had to repeat himself. Like dude, I donât know yet thatâs why Iâm here otherwise I wouldâve bought it online. âCan you just show me whatâs in stock so so I can decide?â Is what I told him. He then showed me the options but he just had this negative, uninviting energy. I picked out what I wanted and paid right away because I couldnât wait to leave the store. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time and I only bought because I had already made my mind about it and only went to Soho for that. I assume management would want the opposite of that? This wasnât my first time here, and the other sales associates are more friendly and welcoming. Regardless, Iâd probably go...
Read moreDavid Yurman is one of my favorite luxury jewelry designers. I have a few DY expensive trinkets. I went to the boutique to have the missing dingbat ( DY logo ) added to my bracelet. I purchased my bracelet years ago at the store on Madison Ave. Iâm closer to Soho. Therefore,I decided to there. When I entered the store. I was greeted by the security guard. The decor of the store is warm , inviting, and unstated luxury. The man who initially helped me with my repair was assisting a client when I saw him. We smiled and nodded at each other. I walked around the boutique looking at the classic, eclectic, elegant jewelry. Finally, a lovely lady with a bright smile came out to greet me. I gave her my receipt. She gave me my repaired bracelet. When she presented my bracelet, it looked brand new. They did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my bracelet. She gave me a new pouch for my bracelet and shopping bag. I thank her for her professional , friendly customers service. I walked to the gentleman who place my order weeks ago and shook his hand and thanked him. Iâm a...
