I have been buying Campers for 10+ years. I love their shoes but am still in disbelief that their team cannot work with me to correct an issue with a purchase in November 2023.
They sent me the wrong color boots.
I sent them back for the correct color for exchange in December. They never sent the correct color OR gave me a refund.
I just wanted the correct color and have gone back and forth with their team many times. Finally I have given up and requested a refund but the boots I want are now MORE expensive than what I purchased them for in November.
I have asked the team to make this up to me as a loyal customer and they have not. The most they would offer was a 20% discount. To match what I paid they would have to give me 30% off, and that does nothing to make up for the hours I have spent going back and forth with their team for two months now.
I’m still waiting on the refund.
We will see if the money even comes through. I have lost all faith in this company.

Read moreI visited a shoe store today and had a terrible experience. The store closed at 6 pm, and I arrived at 5:35 pm. The salesperson was extremely impatient and gave me a very bad attitude. I tried to cooperate with her to complete my purchase quickly, but she made a mistake while operating the cash register, which resulted in her charging me the wrong amount.
When I pointed out the error, she told me that the store had to close and that I would have to come back the next day to resolve the issue. This was extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. I was extremely dissatisfied with the salesperson's attitude and the way she handled the situation.
Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone based on my experience. The salesperson's behavior was unacceptable, and her mistake was extremely frustrating. I hope the store takes steps to improve its customer service...
Read moreI got in the shop around 5:40pm and they close at 6:00pm. But the shop assistant she acted very unprofessionally and very unhelpful. She’s very rude. Even when I already made my decision and went for check out, she still acted very impatient. When I filled out my email address info, I heard she said the “f” word from the staff room. And I have a 10% discount but she told me that she forget to apply to it, so I kindly asked her to do a refund for me. She asked me twice to come back tomorrow, even though the store has not closed!! And for the refund, she spent over 30 minutes to complete the process. I’ve never been treated this way, and I am a polite person. This is the worst shopping experience I had.
