I got a FULL GLAM SET for $82.75 lasted me 3 days! I work 40hrs per week full time so I called the next day (4th day) when I got the chance to just ask how I can get helped because there is no reason I should have no eyelashes on one eye when they ran me $83! The lady was super rude she just kept screaming over the phone that a refill is $25 so clearly she didn't understand. When she calmed down I explained to her & she then said 3 days they will fix but not 4. I then proceeded to speak with a manager because WHAT $80 lash comes off in 3 days ?! Has anyone heard of a 3 day warranty ?!?!?! ON ANYTHING ! I work at a phone store I've worked with plenty of different service not one will all 3 days for something so expensive. After speaking with the manager she asked to see pictures & even suggested that I went swimming. If I went swimming BOTH my eyelashes would have been ruined not just one eye. I then proceeded to send her pictures not only off my both eyes but also my work week schedule to prove I didn't have the time for contacting them on the 3rd day let alone go swimming. Within 3 min of my email she wrote back & stated the same policy she screamed on the phone & told me again like I'm dumb that a refill is $25. What kind of eyelash extension needs refill every 10 days this is a craft ! It's set to stay on for WEEKS! I've done micro lashes before & never in life has this been the way. Not to mention I had to pay a tip BEFORE I GOT SERVICED. Safe to say I'll never go back to Candy spa & you SHOULD NOT EITHER. Unless you want careless expensive work...

So I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and I will say that they are good with engaging and explaining the service they provide. I’ve been going to Fanny and she’s pretty good the finishing product usually looks amazing but the only issue I’m having is literally 3-4 days later the lash lost is very excessive. I understand that loss is due to your eyelash hair falling out so maybe it’s me but I recently got bottoms done and the very next day on my right eye 85% of my bottom lashes were gone .I’ve been getting eyelash extensions done for years so I have experience with after care and I’ve never experienced this much lost before. I will add that before coming to this location I gave myself a year to regrow my lashes so they are not damaged.
