There is this one dude that will make you go through an intense navy conditioning type of massage, that couldn’t even be considered to be a massage at that point. Every time he dug into my muscles, he carved my soul out and I prayed for this to be over. I asked him 4 times very nicely to massage me softer and he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying because he challenged my right shoulder to endure through more BONE CARVING PRESSURE. I don’t think he understood what “soft” meant because during the massage, he made my experience so unbearable, I started reflect on my life and what I had ever done to deserve such an abysmal massage. I was getting obliterated. His so called grand finale was absolutely terrifying. As soon as I thought everything was over, he scraped my skin off with rough 30 grit paper towels that I wasn’t physically nor mentally prepared for. At last there was a pause in sanding down my skin. However it was followed by the hardest MMA punches known to man, all 68 swings straight on my back. Everybody in this store heard gunshot noises, but it was all just my masseur, taking out his anger and might on my back with these punches. My sister in the other room heard what was going on and she was so worried for me because of the echoes of every punch my masseur threw at me was heard throughout the store. The best part of this massage was the pauses in between, where the masseur had to catch a breath to get back to carving out my muscles. I think his rough technique and long nails were never meant to go together in this world.

So, we go into the establishment for the hot stone feet massage and no one has any idea what’s going on. They barely speak English and it was hard to even redeem the Groupon code. We got feet massages with no hot stones. Next, we had no option of getting male or female to touch us and our feet. I am a woman who prefers a female and there was no one other than one female worker, that could’ve been mentioned before. Next, the massage itself was PAINFUL and I mean painful, there was nothing relaxing about it!!! I showed signs of pain along with my friend who I purchased the Groupon with and I told him to be more gentle and he couldn’t understand me. All smiles till it came to the end, and they were rude about the tip. We paid $25 EACH for the massage, they forced us to give minimum $10 !!! That’s almost 40% tip , no way is that right. Very unpleasant experience. A friend of mine recommended this place so I was expecting real reflexology. And while even a deep tissue massage would have been sufficient, I never thought I would be getting a deep BONE massage. What in the world are they thinking? It was extremely painful, as you can imagine. I told my masseur many times "less pressure" and "that hurts," but he kept going back to digging into my foot bones with Vaseline (they didn't use oil or lotion on me) and punching my feet every 30 seconds. I mean, what did my feet do to this guy? And the grand finale was a rub down using scratchy paper towels. I also didn't appreciate witnessing the masseuses staring and laughing at the other customers as they entered. They were so obvious.
