Whenever I run into prospective tenants being toured around the building, usually in the elevator, I deliver my standard âelevator speechâ, which goes something like this, âlongtime resident, exceptionally well-run building, you wonât be disappointedâ. And that sums up how I feel about 1500. And during this Covid crisis itâs been that very sentiment in spades. The unpretentious, friendly and efficient staff has been fantastic in managing the increased deliveries and the changing delivery protocols, not to mention the building is kept spotless.    Read moreI lived at Carnegie Hill Place for the last 3 years and it was such a great place to live! The building is maintained better than any building I have stepped foot in in NYC. Beyond that, the building staff are some of the nicest and friendliest people you will meet (special shout out to Eloy!) The building amenities are also excellent, with a beautiful rooftop deck and well maintained gym with 360 views of the city on the 20th floor.    Read moreI lived here for 2 years as it was a 6 minute walk from Mt Sinai Hospital. Vincent is wonderful, the front desk staff are all amazing kind and very helpful. If i ever needed help with anything or something needed fixing in my apartment it was taken care of immediately with no complaints. Location is amazing, next to CVS, City MD and across from Starbucks and also next to a dry cleaning store and a small deli. Also right next to the subway 96th stop. So really what more can a girl ask for. I always felt safe in the building. The people who live here are very nice I had no issues with any of my neighbors. People said hello with a smile. Great community Gym was always clean, ALWAYS. Now im back in suburbia and miss my...
