Nature Valley Market — Restaurant in New York

Honestly, I am really disappointed. I used to order a salad before, and it was so amazing, I would eat it every day!! But lately, their service is declining. I order chicken Caesar wraps WITH chicken online, and they never put the chicken. I ask for the wrap to be toasted and the wrap to be hot, it comes cold. I called to complain and the woman was extremely rude. Telling me it is my fault that I didnt request items, but IT SAYS "CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP". It is in the title to get chicken, and they never do it. Even when I order in person they mess up all the time. I ask for a HOT turkey sandwich with cheese, and it is ice cold. When I called the lady said "yeah if you dont pick it up it is going to get cold." I work literally a one minute walk away, I was there when they JUST finished the order, and it was still very cold. It is truly disappointing. The store itself is so nice and clean but the staff is incompetent. It truly sucks because this is the place my entire office would want to order from, but after the poor performance lately, and the rude lady on the phone, we would rather order from someplace else. The woman on the phone was also speaking to other people when I tried speaking to her and kept speaking over me. Said it was my fault for ordering over seamless or online. how it is my fault when it is the stores responsibility to make sure online orders match up with their menu?!!? truly disappointed. hate ordering here online and in person, they...

The first time I came here I got chicken over rice. It was the best chicken over rice I ever had. Mind melting you can say. I was so impressed. Then I got chicken shawarma the next time. It was okay. Then I got chicken over rice on my third visit. This time I felt like I was eating the man downstairs brown hole. The food was faul, disgusting, stank, stunk, horrid. Filthy is what I would say. Frankly it tasted like how the original grinch looks like. My partner gagged and not in the good way. I would never come back here again and frankly neither should you unless you hate your life and you want to turn of the switch is the answer for you. Stop changing the recipe. I'll be going to your competitor heavenly market instead with a smile. Oh and owner I hope you respond to this or least fire yourself for changing the recipe for best chicken I ever had to tasting like there was expired human juice from the ground. You know....... I hate to leave a bad review for a small business that's trying hard. This place is in a good location and their prices are fair and their food is pretty good, the coffee is great and it's clean as can be! The two girls at the counter are especially helpful very polite and very friendly. They know what kind of coffee to make me the minute they see me. But the two cooks, let me tell you - - I've been going here daily for almost 4 months. Usually I get just a coffee. Once or twice a week I'll get a egg sandwich. Same one every time. I always ask for salt, pepper and ketchup. I'd say about 70% of the time my sandwich doesn't come the way I ordered it, and to boot, today's sandwich had a TON of mayo on it for some reason.
