So first of all, my eye lashes and eyebrows are white - like full on translucent. I’ve been tediously and religiously applying mascara and eyebrows DAILY since I was in middle school. I did not want to be a slave to the routine anymore! BUT - I was terrified of having something go terribly wrong, like my little white hairs just burning off and falling out, or getting eye damage - real catastrophic outcomes just swirling around my head. Ahead of my best friend’s wedding in Costa Rica last summer I finally pulled the trigger and came to see Jenny. I was anticipating my face melting off in the heat and for photos, and expressed my concerns. She KILLED IT. The color match for my eyebrows was unreal. She did a lift and tint on my eyelashes which was a game changer. I sit here typing this as a changed woman. She’s also just an absolute lovely person. I reserve this treat for myself for pre-vacation prep, especially if I’m going somewhere hot where I’ll be doing a lot of pool action, but I would not trust anyone else at this point. I can’t recommend CL enough, such pleasant experiences with the whole staff. They also have really nice skin care products in house....

As soon as I stepped in I felt relaxed and welcomed, offered water and curled up in a comfy chair until it was "my turn", The front room is beautifully curated with jewelry and products.

I booked my appointment with Carrie herself, but have heard from others that all the staff are equally as excellent. The facial went way beyond the usual cleaning and "masks'. From extractions to massage to LED light and cold stone rub, my face went through it all. And if that wasn't heaven, Carrie massaged my neck and shoulders - which really needed it!

Carrie doesn't "push products" even when I asked what I should use. Instead she gave me a couple samples to try. She is lovely and she has developed a great team. Definitely...
