Christian Louboutin Horatio Women — Local services in New York

I visited this lovely boutique in the west village yesterday and was a little hesitant from what I had read on the reviews. Boy was I surprised. The boutique is exactly that, a boutique just beautified by all the art pieces that are Louboutin shoes. There are gorgeous shoes and bags everywhere. The store was clean, neat and very organized. The shoes and rest of the "art work" we're displayed nicely. The sales associates were WONDERFUL! It was my first time purchasing a pair of Louboutin shoes and it was for a special occasion, my 30th bday. Well, these people could not have made my experience better. they were so nice, willing to help, answered all my questions and really down to earth. From the sales associate Nicole Green, who was bringing me the shoes and really cared about my opinion and providing me with her feedback; to Tommaso who, when he found out it was my "first pair of Louboutins", was sweet and kind enough to wrap the box with a beautiful bow and told me he was getting it "Instagram ready". Yes the shoes are expensive, but you can not put a price tag on that kind of customer service. Even Daryl, who I thought was a sales associate, ended up being the security (my friends later told me), well dressed might I add, was chiming in on how nice the shoes were and which ones were prettier. I fell in love with a pair of shoes, and I will Definitely return in December, on my next trip to New York, but a portion of my return, specifically, to this store will be to visit with these kind people. Thank you for making my shopping experience wonderful. Can not wait to visit with you again! And like they say, " you never forget...

Worst Experience EVER!!!!! Having purchased plenty of Louboutin's I consider myself pretty educated on the shoes. That being said I received a pair for the holidays as a gift, and obviously since the sizes vary depending on the style my suprise gift had to be returned. I work in retail my only available day was to come on a sunday which ultimately landed me in this dreadful location. Their were 3 employees NONE of them were eager to help, after much frustration I asked to try on one pair and was basically handed them as if they didnt care whether or not I purchased them or not, no customer service here at all. After being so turned off, I asked for a credit for the shoes that didn't fit, and THEN all of sudden they decided to work!!! It took two of them to determine whether or not I could get a credit. Meanwhile I had the shoes for 4 days and tried them on ONCE. So they decided they had to charge me $30 for an imaginanary dent they saw possibly from hard wood floors? I wish I had a picture of the bottom before I returned them but did not expect it to be handled that way. I do not normally write reviews but this place is horrible! It makes me not even want to buy loubies...

I know a size 42 is large but you made me feel special. I have to say " Thank You" and YOU ROCK! When others would have turned me away for being 4 min late you opened up and showed me love.
