Buy Your Service, unprofessional service clerks. I would rather spend $1000 every week on Fake Wagyu than buy from these uneducated service clerks. I tried to visit this site for better service and more selections but it was a total disappointment. It was a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm, there were only 4 other customers in the store besides me, and they were rich kids overseas students from China (i can tell since i have alot of those as friends lol). There were 2 standing clerks, 1 female 1 male, and the guy was helping the students. So i ask nicely if she can take out the rings for me to try on, but she refuses and said the other guy can do it. The other guy clerk has mid length hair and long black beard. So i waited and waited, until hes done with the chinese students. But no, he started chatting with the other server (who was free doing nothing) as if i am transparent. I was wearing gucci and vasace outfits thats over $2500, maybe i still look like a cheap ass cause i am not a chinese student but a chinese business man??? I get it, i have to buy something first before getting served. Its a Buy Your Service shop. So i pardon myself and call for help again, after ignoring me and slowly finish folding clothes on the table, he sluggishly walked over. And that fake smile on his face did it, as he asked what can he do for me. I then just took off with my friends. This brand will do alot better if management for servicing is better. These staffs lacks basic human instincts, lacks professionalism, and lacks rudimentary manner. Dont come here if you dont have to, seriously, you look better without these outdated overpriced Silverware. Sayonara, omw to Cartier.

I just recently purchased a piece that I need help repairing , I was told by the manager " Jason" that it was a definite yes to walk in earlier in the day, and that they do except walk-ins and that I don't need to schedule an appointment once I got to the chrome heart which took me 30 minutes, the security guard told me that there will be a 15 minute wait and that once I go and come back that everything will be OK for my walk in to be accepted once I came back he told me that I couldn't enter, which to me made no sense because he just told me The opposite he then rudely told me to leave so I do not recommend this store location at all for jewelry purchases or any purchases I give it a zero if I could give it zero stars I would and it was completely a waste of my time and a waste of my energy to even entertain this type of company with this type of people and staff. Either the people should be replaced immediately or this location should be shut down and turn into a different store this type of behavior is unacceptable and dishonest and it makes the chrome heart brand look poor this is very poor service.

Unsurprising and well-deserved ONE STAR rating for the service, while ZERO is not applicable, due to the fake and failed APPOINTMENT rules and extremely unpleasant and offensive behavior from the beginning of this visit.

I live on UES and frequented Madison boutique a few times where limited categories are offered, kinda enchanted by the mysterious marketing, and witnessing the queues consisting of young folks, domestic or overseas, I got clicked to hunt more collectibles from this brand, partially because I try to shift my spending on European brand to American brand, the staff in Madison recommended me several times to visit the Washington street flagship store and emphasized APPOINTMENT ONLY, an overstretched trip from upper east side to the lower west corner, well, I tried to venture out of my comfort zone, thereby, made the earliest available appointment on Jul 30, at 4:00 PM in advance.

Today is the appointment day, with a record-high temperature; I was hesitant to go. However, I hated to miss any planned appointment. I managed to arrive at the store on time by cycling, as I did not want to be late; their appointment rules seemed serious. I arrived at 4:08 PM, worried about missing the appointment. A mother and a daughter without appointment 5 seconds before me find where the right entrance is located, they told security they made NO APPOINTMENT, I said to the security I had an appointment just in time, the security raised his index finger to stop me from speaking, he let the NO APPOINTMENT customers in and locked out an on-time show-up customer in extreme heat who got there by diagonally crossing the whole Manhattan Island! NO KIDDING! That was how the 1st round treated me.

Following the unbelievably unprofessional treatment, I confronted the security people before an SA offered help about what was his point on prioritizing WALK IN customer while putting the client on the outdoor wait-list who happened to follow every step of their stupid rules ( puzzlingly enough, maybe the mother daughter duo winked to the security or the security made an quick executive decision on selecting his favorite customer, unfortunately, rule-abiding customer was left behind), he responded with a thumb-down gesture to me, I subconsciously returned the same hand signal. However, I realized it was a disrespectful way of communication between staff and customer; I questioned him about his standing to make a thumbs-down gesture to offend a customer after he made a mistake regarding rules and fairness. To my surprise, he lied by blaming me for doing it first to him, so he did it to me accordingly.

I couldn't imagine a poorer explanation than this one. First, I had never used such a disrespectful gesture in my entire life up to that point. Second, the store must have cameras installed somewhere to record activities on the property and determine who is to blame. The unpleasant outside waiting, despite a punctual show-up, offensive behavior, and fact-distorting cover-up, made the experience purely unworthy. I could not bear such an attitude and continued to follow this brand along.

This review may not reach the ears of the Chrome Hearts management team to elicit any level of reflection, though. As an American brand supporter, I want to share this story with customers who set high expectations for the Chrome Hearts store experience, regarding my deep disappointment with the brand's...

I was treated so poorly and arrogantly by the assigned sales consultant that I felt like a subhuman. This individual made me feel completely out of place. I was searching for a top for my boyfriend. The sales consultant briefly guided me to the location and explained where to find items, which went smoothly. However, when I found something suitable but was uncertain about the size, I wanted to show the salesperson a picture and explain my boyfriend's body type. They neither listened properly nor bothered to look at the pictures, let alone provide any meaningful advice. I kept receiving dismissive responses and a look that didn't help me at all.

When I enter a boutique, I expect to be treated with respect. I didn't make an appointment and wait just to experience this kind of service. Secondly, who on earth thinks they are better than another person? After all, I am the one coming here to shop, not to work. When I was ready to pay and the salesperson saw my gold credit card, suddenly I was treated better. What's going on? Someone with such an attitude should not be working in sales if they want to maintain a positive reputation. This was my first and last time shopping at this store. I won't let myself be treated like that by someone who is no better than anyone else. All the other employees were very friendly...
