I am disgusted at the way I was treated by the staff at the store on September 12, 2025. I was not greeted, no one came up to me and asked what I needed and when I requested to go over my bill and pay it, the gentleman with a box on his neck told me that he does sales and he won’t help me.. after explaining my situation to him, that Verizon lied on the contract that they locked me into, he proceeded to do nothing and tell me that he cannot help me at all and that I need to call which I said I already did. I asked for a supervisor, who was sitting right next to him listening to our whole conversation, he then turned around and proceeded to tell her our conversation, even though she heard it because she was about 30 inches away from. after they told me that my contract was disgusting like I thought which I never signed, and none of them showed any remorse, none of them said that they empathize with me, and they were completely disrespectful and nasty, I proceeded to still pay my bill. They kicked me out of the store. No one apologized, and when I went to go and ask something else, I saw that the gentleman that I had originally approached, who was on the clock in the store was sitting down and drawing and ignoring me. The boy was drawing S on his notebook for at least five minutes on the clock and not only is that not professional, but it is also completely making Verizon look like you hire a bunch of morons. I don’t know who manages that store, but the only normal person and the only person that should be still employed in that store is the security guard I asked for both names of the folks that were supposedly the manager and the sales person that couldn’t see My Account that couldn’t help me with anything except to pay. please train your employees properly and make them understand that the reason that they are at work is to help people not to draw, not to judge them, and not to tell them that they cannot do something if they’re wearing a Verizon shirt that means that they are on the clock and they have to do everything...
Read moreI came to this store on 9/21 to purchase a new phone because mine got the ring of death that morning. I confirmed that they had the phone in stock online and through Verizon customer service, whom also verified that the phone I wanted was in stock. I arrived at the store to purchase the phone and I was greeted by the woman manager, she asked me what I needed and I told her. She confirmed the stock of the phone and she passed me on to an employee to assist. I just wanted to buy the phone not change my plan or add a line. I guess the manager thought I wanted a new wireless line. The helpful employee was trying to do everything he can to get me the phone but the manager wouldn’t sell me one after I told her I didn’t want to open a new line. She told the employee to tell me I would not be able to do an “upgrade” a device without adding a line to my business plan because they cannot activate my phone since it is not working. I told her I do not need her to activate the phone I just wanted her to sell me the phone. I can activate it in my office with Verizon sending the verification to my email instead of my phone which is inoperable. To which she then said, “do you see all these customers phone is no longer in stock”. No one looked up my account or anything so it’s not like there was some sort of hold on the account or anything of that nature and even if there was they didn’t look into it to be able to see it. The actions of the manager is a disgrace to Verizon usual outstanding service and tarnishes the Verizon name. The manager is rude and not helpful all she wants to do is drive numbers, rob people and take advantage. That is not how you provide customer service. Funny thing is I went to the store in cross county and got the phone in 20 minutes with an upgrade. Get rid of her, your store would be better without...

Came in planning to return my dad’s old phone for a trade-in that i ordered on my phone, spoke with an associate at westchester sq who said ive have to go to a corporate store to give in trading in phones and had no problem doing such, so i took the 1 hour commute to fordham and called on the phone asking a customer representative if they can affirm that i CAN DROP OFF MY DADS PHONE FOR THE TRADE IN AND THEY SPOKE TO THEM AND GOT BACK TO ME AND SAID I COULD KNOWING THESE PHONES COMPANIES ARE ALWAYS BS’ING I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES IF THEYRE SURE AND THAT I AM ONLY BRINGING THE PHONE, NO BOX, NO CASE, once i got to the store, keep in mind i made sure to not come too soon to the store’s closing time as there was more than 45 min before they closed, i walk in and this associate comes up and i explain my situation and he expeditiously sends me away giving some bs reason talking about that id have to have an order at this store or have an order sent in to this store which is something i have never heard in my life or from any associate or representative, i dont know who trained him or which delinquent moron hired him but he clearly doesn’t know what to do and could have done more then send me away with some lame excuse, now i had to call customer service and spoke with them as well who also said yea they shoulsnt have sent you away and should have been able to take my phone, AND i spoke to the earlier associates at westchester square who ALSO said that was not a legitimate reason to take my phone, honestly not surprised that a corporate location would give god...
