This place is the real deal. Teachers are experimented and teach authentic Tai Chi, Nei Kung, Chi Kung and other practices. Each student gets individual attention for training and posture correction during classes so you get to work at your own pace. They are very friendly and thereâs a very laid back, non-competitive, peaceful vibe. There were people who walked in the door literally unable to touch there tows, but after some time of regular practice became physically fit and limber. Unlike a lot of other Tai Chi schools Chu Tai Chi teaches a complete curriculum which includes meditation, nei kung (a set of intense yoga like exercises), chi kung, weapons forms, and self defense.
