The worst experience! There are so many nail salons on 8th ave, I don’t know why among all of them I chose this one. I came around 3.30 - empty salon all ladies on their phones jobless. So I don’t understand why the service was so rushed. I came for mani-pedi and nail extensions removal for extra 25$. It was the fastest service I have ever had. Pedi was like 10 min in total. She did no cleaning at all, when she asked me about if I want spa I said ā€œnoā€ the service was the worst. Same for mani. No cleaning, at all. If you want manicure and pedicure where they won’t cut any cuticles or clean this is the place. I end up spending 100$ Worst experience, I will never come back there. There are so many other nail salons around just go elsewhere.

I got the Gel-X, and the woman who did it did a fantastic job! It was pretty pricey, but I would indeed stop by again. I rate it four stars because they don't, well, at least they didn't offer the gel-x specific color polish. And only the regular nail polish colors were offered and used. So, I don't consider it a full gel-x service without using the attended polish for it.

this is how my feet looked after leaving the salon…. the most bare minimum pedicure left with dry skin and calluses feet for $90 and 5 little rhinestones was an extra $10 and 2 have already fallen off…its been 2 hours…she also practically demaned a tip which is optional.. im good tipper in general but this place was notttt it

My nails look great, but that is the only positive part of the experience. I looked online and it said they did acrylics, and when I walked in and asked if they did acrylics, they said yes. I told them I needed a fill in for acrylics and they said they could do it and told me to sit down. They told me when I sat down it would be $80, which is insane (and a total scam btw), especially for a fill in, but I was on a time crunch and needed my nails done so I was willing and agreed. She prepped my nails well and did what I asked, until she took out the dip powder. Instead of filling in my nails with acrylic, she does dip powder on my finger. I said that I wanted acrylic and she nodded and said okay and then kept doing the dip gel. I was confused, but I had already clarified three times at this point and my nails were already prepped with sticky glue (I had already been sussed out at that point too because what glue is needed for an acrylic fill in???) so I just didn't say anything else. It was whatever and I paid the $80 (solid color, no design) and tipped 20% in cash. I will not be going back, especially for paying quite literally double for a fill in with dip powder gel instead of acrylic like I had asked. I understand they want to get in business and will say yes to anyone who walks in but now I have to get my acrylics taken off and I'm very frustrated. As I mentioned, my nails do look good, but $80, even if it was for what I asked for, is ridiculous (a new set of acrylics aren't...

The salon is under a new owner , owner always there and she is very kind, everything is clean and new, I started going there because Rossy works there now and I follow the women everywhere- Rossy is just THE BEST NAIL TECH EVER!!! Try her and you will come back to thanks me- she takes her time, her passion for her job, she knows very well how I like my nails to be done, feet and hands- and her massages 😱😱😱- forever my favorite tech - I tell every time I go I loves her šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. Must people go without no time and it’s impossible to do a good job rushing especially for nails- girls please, make appointment and make sure you have enough free time to no rush...
