Very mediocre job. Mail Polish started peeling after 2 days. Worst thing was I asked to leave 15% tip. Then they shame me in front of everyone announcing out loud that because I pay by card they charge credit card taxes so my tip isn’t enough (Attn IRS…) I said there’s no such thing as a credit card tax and please charge for the price of service plus the tip. Again, the woman is yelling out loud, so how much tip do you want to leave her because you’re not leaving her enough tip because we are charging fees. I offer to Venmo etc they decline saying either cash or card and more tip. By now I’m upset and I say I don’t want to leave any tip at all. It’s an ok service just charge me for the service and that’s it. 0 tip for being so rude. Now what do they do ? SAY OK THEN CHARGE ME FOR THE FIRST AMOUNT WHICH NOW I DIDNT APPROVE. Basically stealing money. So please pay attention to whatever they’re charging you. I had a similar thing happening in a clinic in Beverly Hills where they showed me one amount then changed it when I wasn’t watching and...

I came in to get a basic mani and pedi. Immediately they responded to pick a color, which alluded to a 20 min wait (w/no initial warning). Then they proceeded to ask me sit in a vacant pedicure chair with no mention of how much longer is the wait. All is fine, I don’t mind. I’m already in for the long haul.

10 mins into my pedicure, I was asked to pay for the service (they were looking to close and again no one mentioned anything to me). Sadly I made a last min impulse to include a 20 min pedicure massage. That was mediocre - no pressure, just rubbing the feet until the time went off.

Then, the technician spoke negatively in Mandarin (not knowing I speak the language) about my choice of colors for my nails and then proceed to complain to her colleagues about how I haven’t tipped her before the service was completed.

Before I left, I let her know if she wanted an earlier tip, all she had to do was ask.

Talk about superb quality service. Sadly this was my second visit, the service runs like a lottery, you never know what you get.

I wish I could give a better review because the the ladies are super sweet, but sadly can’t. Everything about my SNS powder manicure was so perfect- except somehow, every single one of my nails has this weird dust and black debris in it. It’s only visible with direct sunlight which is why I hadn’t noticed it in the salon. Not sure if it’s because the nail wasn’t properly dusted off before the final coat or because there’s debris in the SNS powder itself from contamination but I’m really unhappy with how dirty my nails look. The dark specks and white dust trapped in the powder are clearly visible if you zoom in even after washing my hands and wiping down my nails. The nail color I chose was supposed to be a solid red. I have never experienced this at another nail salon before so I’m just confused and kind of disgusted about what went...
