Golden Deli — Restaurant in New York

This was our first time at Golden Deli. We ordered breakfast in person. I had roast beef, fried egg and Swiss on a toasted sesame bagel. The roast beef was cut thick, full of gristle, and cooked to the point of near-incineration. The Swiss cheese, which is a strong, nutty cheese, had no flavor at all. The eggs were completely unseasoned and therefore completely bland. The bagel was a baked and bready bagel as opposed to a New York-style boiled bagel with a hard crust, but the bagel itself was a probably the best part of the sandwich.

My husband picked up a chocolate chip muffin in plastic wrap. I ate the "stump" (the part that is still wrapped in a baking cup) and it was moist and chocolatey. I tried a piece of the muffin top, the part that was only wrapped in plastic, and it tasted very strongly of fish. It was as if someone had stored the muffin in a pile of cooked salmon. It was very odd and rendered the muffin...

I go to this place alot and the way they have treated their costumers is direspectful. I began to notice that they make sandwiches with less ingredients on it unknowingly to the buyer to fork in more profits at the same price. I soon as I've noticed this they started to become hostile and deceptive and accusing me of being crazy. This is direspectful and they discriminate people and treat them on how they feel they should be treated based on how they feel about people. They are direspectful and antisemitic this place deserves to be...

I ordered a salad, it arrived 30 minutes later than the delivery time, the "salad" consisted of the stubs, of romaine, not the leafy part, and the juice and crumbs of the Feta cheese I asked for. I know not to Ever order from Golden Deli Again. Whom ever made that disgusting mess was angry at life and clearly doesn't want to work. Why have 24hr delivery service if the food prep doesn't want to make food? I would give them no stars,...
