Horrible service this Chinese lady kept staring at us every single time we talked or even took a bite of the food, we didn’t even finish 85% of the food and she would just stare. Then she had the audacity to ask for more tips even thought we gave her a nice and generous tip. We were already so pissed because of how many times she would look at us and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip like she did a good job. She word for word said, “Just for next time remember tip is mandatory.” I don’t know what the point of saying that is when the food wasn’t even delicious. It took 40 minutes to prepare even though the restaurant was basically empty, there were kids running back and forth and she was so judgmental for no reason. We weren’t comfortable eating the food because of how many time we were stared at. This is insane customer service. There won’t be a next time because of how awful and rude her service was. She couldn’t even explain a single thing we asked her about the menu, she was rushing us and guilt tripping us for a tip higher than...

updating my review. I just ordered take out because I saw they had a great deal on grubhub - “buy 1, get 1 free” on certain rolls. I got shrimp tempura and it was nothing like a shrimp tempura roll I had earlier when dining in. It tasted like cucumber and old rice. When I looked inside I realized it’s mostly tempura with tiniest pieces of shrimp. Even spicy tuna roll tasted old. If you want to sell mediocre quality versions of your rolls for less $ then announce it to your customer, because I would not have bothered buying it.
