Took my girlfriend's relatively new bike in to just have it looked at because one of the wheel reflectors dislodged, and threw her off of it.
I just asked for them to take the reflector off (7 seconds) because if I did it I'd prob bend a spoke, and then take a look to see if everything is aligned.

Most interesting location. Very helpful....

Prices are fair and the work I’ve had done there is consistently good. They’ve been around forever with very little staff turnover. That says something. I just swapped gruppos between two bikes that had been in storage for a couple of years. The price was fair and the quality of the work was good. Plus they cleaned everything and made both bikes look brand new - the cassette, chaingrings, hubs were all shiny and looking new. They did this...
