Unbelievable incompetence, zero accountability, and blatant favoritism toward condo owners — renters, beware.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been dealing with a refrigerator issue since February 24, and despite constant follow-ups, it still hasn’t been resolved. Management’s handling of this situation has been unprofessional at best — and completely neglectful at worst.

Here’s the timeline of this ongoing nightmare:

2/24 – My freezer failed. All food and ice melted. I was given a temporary refrigerator that’s too large for the space and makes the kitchen unusable.

2/26 – My original refrigerator was returned and said to be fixed.

A few weeks later – The same issue returned. Freezer failed again. Food spoiled again.

4/3 – I submitted another repair request.

4/16 – No response for 13 days, so I submitted another request.

4/17 – The handyman took my fridge and brought back the same oversized temporary unit. Still no kitchen access.

I was told a Bosch technician was needed to replace a part. Every time I asked for an update, I was told that Bosch visits the condo owners first and that they hadn’t made it to my unit yet.

5/5 – After 2.5 weeks with the temporary fridge and no updates, I submitted another request. No response.

5/8 – Three weeks with no fridge and no word, I followed up again. Still nothing.

5/13 (morning) – The front desk said the handyman was coming ā€œnow.ā€ I was heading to work and asked if they could come the following afternoon when I can work from home. They agreed.

Later that day – I saw a false comment posted: ā€œTenant refused to have fridge replaced.ā€ This is completely untrue. I simply asked for a reasonable reschedule.

5/14 – I stayed home in the afternoon expecting the handyman. No one came. I followed up three times and was told the handyman was ā€œtoo busyā€ and that I should just give permission to enter while I’m not home.

Throughout this entire process, I’ve been pressured to allow unsupervised access to my unit — which I do not feel comfortable doing. That’s not ā€œbeing difficultā€ — it’s a matter of basic tenant rights and personal privacy.

What’s worse is that management explicitly told me Bosch technicians prioritize condo owners over renters. Every time I asked for updates, I was told the tech hadn’t come because they were still handling owner units. This is blatant discrimination and shows how little renters matter here.

I’ve gone nearly two months without a functioning freezer or kitchen, while being gaslit, ignored, and misled. This isn’t just bad service — it’s complete neglect. If you’re considering living here as a renter, do yourself a favor and...

Absolutely the worst apartment on the earth. I am deeply appalled by the shocking and reprehensible behavior I experienced under the management of Peter. It is with utmost disappointment that I write this Google review to shed light on the disturbing incidents of racial discrimination and verbal abuse I endured during my tenancy.

From the moment I moved in, I noticed a clear pattern of racial discrimination displayed by the apartment manager Peter. His action and words was filled with an unsettling bias that created an unwelcome and hostile environment. It is truly disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for equality and respect in this day and age.

In addition to the racism, the apartment manager Peter consistently used vulgar and offensive language towards me and other tenants. The derogatory remarks and profanities directed at us were not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. As paying tenants, we should be treated with dignity and courtesy, not subjected to such degrading and unacceptable behavior.

It is deeply concerning that a person in a managerial position, who should be setting an example for professionalism and fairness, instead chooses to engage in such despicable conduct. This behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the apartment complex but also undermines the sense of safety and well-being that residents should expect in their own homes.

I strongly urge the management team to take immediate and decisive action against this apartment manager. Racism and verbal abuse should never be tolerated under any circumstances. It is imperative that the management team addresses this issue seriously, conducts a thorough investigation, and takes appropriate measures to rectify the situation and prevent it from recurring in the future.

I want to emphasize that no individual should have to endure such distressing treatment. As members of the community, we have a responsibility to speak out against injustice and hold those accountable who perpetuate discrimination and offensive behavior.

I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the management team to address these grave concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful living environment for...

I was very embarrassed by the service staff at the front desk. I don't know why the front desk here seems to like to label people. I don't live here. I'm just dropping off a desktop for my friend. I live in California where 2 bed is $300 more than 3bed 36th floor in there. I wondered if the long journey had made me look haggard, and the receptionists looked at me as a beggar. My friends told me to put my computer at the front desk, because he was not at home. but the front desk wouldn't let me, whispering after I left. My friends couldn't believe they wouldn't let him do that because he said it was okay before. And then my friend told me to drop it off right in front of his house because he wasn't home. Then I was stopped by the guards, who asked me my name and where I was going, and laughed at me for not having been to this place. They tried to call the householder, but I said the householder wasn't home twice and would be back soon. When they finished the phone call, they said to me with a look of satisfaction and derision: No answer. Then he told me with a contemptuous look and tone that I could wait here until the householder came back. I'm so glad I didn't go to school in New York. If I went to school in New York and lived in an apartment like this, I feel like I would get chills every day.

I know the security of the householder is an important responsibility of the front desk, but please maintain a serious and serious attitude, not a cynical and...
